Implementation in phases

Implementation that starts with accounting

Accounting first, followed by sales, warehouse and integrations. The phased approach reduces chaos, user pressure and project risk - while giving the first real effect shortly after accounting is up and running.

Implementation

Implementation in steps: from accounting to full system

We launch accounting first and only then develop the system with sales, warehouse and integrations. The modular approach allows us to start with the first stage and implement the subsequent stages independently, at a pace that suits the company.

First step: implementing accounting

Users, processes and financial documents start to work their way through the system before the rest of the system changes.

  • Setting up a chart of accounts and accounting basics
  • Transferring the necessary history into the system
  • Automatic posting from documents
  • Basic tax and JPK reports
  • Roles and access for the accounting team
01

Accounting

We set up the chart of accounts, reports and automatic posting of basic documents so that the company gets its numbers back in order as quickly as possible.

02

Sales and Purchasing

We detail sales and purchases: orders, invoices, contractor data and a simple flow of documents to accounting.

03

Warehouse / Logistics

We organise inventories, bookings and movement of goods so that the warehouse is consistent with the documents and finances.

04

Integrations and work automation

Finally, we add integrations, portal and automation where they really take the manual work off the team.

Less chaos - implementation in clear steps
Faster to readiness - the first real impact after implementing accounting
Less risk - each module tested and stable before the next step
Implementation process

Step-by-step implementation process

We conduct the implementation in stages: first tidying up accounting, then sales, warehouse and integrations. This way, the company sees the effect sooner and does not have to do everything at once.

01

Process and requirements analysis

We look at how the business works today, where the bottlenecks are and where best to start. We end with a simple plan for the first stage and next steps.

02

Implementation of accounting

Basis

We set up the chart of accounts, transfer the necessary history, link documents with accounting and prepare basic tax and profit and loss reports.

03

Sale and purchase

We organise sales and purchases: documents, VAT, contractor data, limits and acceptances. The idea is that trade and accounting work on the same numbers.

04

Warehouse and logistics

We lay out the warehouse, zones, bookings and transfers and link them to finance so that goods and documents no longer diverge.

05

Testing, acceptance and training

We test the processes on test data, tweak the settings and train the team on exactly what they will use after the launch.

06

Integrations

KSeF - JPK - CSO - VIES - HAL - BPMN

We add KSeF, JPK, GUS, VIES, customer portal and other integrations when the base is already running smoothly. In this way, the system can be expanded without chaos.

We usually launch the first area, usually accounting, in 1 week. Further stages are added depending on the scope and readiness of the company.

Predictability - clear stages and defined objectives for each stageLess chaos - modules developed step by step, users implemented in stagesQuick effect - first real business result already after implementing accounting
FAQ

The most common questions about ERP implementation

Questions that arise most often before and during the implementation decision.

How long does it take to implement accounting?
We usually launch the accounting start-up itself in 1 week. If we later add a broader history, additional reports or tax integrations, we do this in subsequent stages without blocking the current work.
Does the implementation require major changes to existing processes?
We start with what you have and transfer it to the new system. We don't require a revolution right away - you plan each step together with our team before we implement anything.
What will happen to the existing turnover and history?
We transfer the history from the existing ledger - balances, turnover, documents - to Standard ERP. We determine the extent of the data migration at the analysis stage, so that you do not lose accounting continuity or access to old data.
What is the integration with KSeF, JPK, CSO, VIES, portal and BPMN?
We add integrations when the base is already running smoothly. KSeF, JPK, CSO and VIES are usually run from off-the-shelf solutions, and we set up the portal and workflow to suit how your team actually works on a day-to-day basis.
What is the technical support after implementation?
After the launch, we do not disappear. We continue to run the accounting service, keep an eye on the system, respond to problems and give ongoing access to the client panel. This is meant to be a quiet day-to-day collaboration, not a one-off project.
Can I implement only accounting and the rest of the system later?
Yes. More often than not, this is where we start: tidying up accounting first, then sales, warehouse and integrations. This way the team doesn't get everything at once and it's easier to keep up the pace of change.
Ready for take-off

Start with accounting. We'll build the rest step by step.

You don't have to implement everything at once to start doing things better. We run accounting first, then roll out sales, warehouse, integrations and processes at a pace that suits the business.
