Team training and induction

The team has to know what to do from day one

The system alone is not enough if people do not feel confident in it. That is why we train each role separately, on real company tasks and on a safe working version, so that a start-up does not mean chaos.

Training on real company scenarios, not generic examples

Training objectives

After the training each employee should be able to work independently

We don't do theory training. We show exactly what the person is supposed to do in their job so that when they start up they don't have to guess.

Knowledge of own process

Each participant understands where in the ERP process his or her work begins and where he or she passes the data on.

Support for standard scenarios

New order, invoice, goods receipt, warehouse booking - typical workflows practised on test data.

Reading key reports

Each role learns selected ERP reports relevant to its decision-making area - to make decisions on data, not intuition.

Knowledge of integrations and data flow

We teach where data enters the ERP from external systems and how it affects the operational work of the job.

Step-by-step team implementation

What does the implementation of the team look like in Standard ERP?

We break down the team's preparation into six simple stages: from the initial demonstration of the system to assistance during the first weeks of normal operation.

01

Kick-off meeting and system presentation

Meeting with the whole team - implementation objectives, rules for using the system, security issues and access management.

02

Training for every role

Key stage

Each participant is trained according to his or her role and scope of work - without unnecessary modules that do not apply to him or her.

03

Live training - online or in person

Instructor-led training: working directly in the system, process demonstrations and Q&A during.

04

Exercises in a safe working version

We practice on data similar to your daily work, but without the risk of messing up something in a running system. This allows people to confidently make their first mistake before they even start.

05

Materials for independent work

Step-by-step instructions, process guides and videos to return after training or when inducting new employees.

06

Support during the first weeks

Consultation - Technical support - Questions and answers - Operational assistance

Consultation, questions and quick assistance during the first weeks of daily work in the system.

1-5 days depending on the number of modules and roles

The team is moving more quickly to independent workFewer mistakes, as the first exercises take place outside the daily work of the teamMaterials for the future - deployment of new staff
Roles and scopes

Role-based training

We don't make everyone hear about everything. Each person gets only the scope that is really useful for their daily work.

Accounting

Chart of accounts, issuing and posting of documents, billing, integration with KSeF/JPK, financial reports.

Sales

Customer orders, invoicing, cancellation of documents, handling of discounts and special commercial conditions.

Shopping

Purchase orders, handling of contractors, purchase invoices, delivery accounts and cost control.

Warehouse and logistics

Goods receipts, releases, transfers between locations, inventory and stock management.

Manager / Owner

Key management reports, process statuses, profitability control and monitoring of operational indicators.

System administrator

Permission and configuration management, integration monitoring, ticket handling and internal support.

We determine the scope of the training for each role before we start - we tailor it to the processes the company actually uses.

Forms of training

How do we conduct training?

We match the format to how your team works. Sometimes on-site training will be better, sometimes online, and sometimes materials that you can come back to after time.

LIVE online training

Work with the instructor in real time via video conference - exercises in the system, demonstrations and questions on the fly.

On-site training

Training carried out at the client's premises - with exercises on workstations and test data similar to the company.

Hybrid mode

Some participants in the room, some online - works well with geographically dispersed teams.

Learning at your own pace

Instructions, presentations and exercises to do on your own - useful for the induction of new employees at the end of the project.

Recordings and video tutorials

Short recordings showing key work scenarios - to be replayed at any time.

Post-training support

Dedicated consultations and the opportunity to ask questions during the first weeks of daily work.

We provide written and video training materials as standard - they stay with the company forever.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about training

The most common questions about team implementation and training after Standard ERP implementation.

How long does a typical training session last?
From 1 day for one area to 3-5 days for a larger scope and several roles. We schedule so that the training can be used immediately on the job.
Is the training available in an online format?
Yes - we provide online live, onsite and hybrid training. If your team is spread out, online works just as well as onsite.
Do the training materials stay after the project ends?
Yes. Every company receives a set of manuals, process guides and videos. You can use these to implement new employees long after the system implementation is complete.
Is the training tailored to my company's processes?
Always. We conduct training on test data close to the company's reality - not on generic examples. We establish the scope at the beginning of the training block.
What happens if an employee misses training or joins the company later?
Training materials allow you to catch up on your own. For major staff changes, we offer additional follow-up sessions.
When does training take place - before or after the launch of the system?
We do training just before the start of an area so that the knowledge is fresh and immediately applicable. We don't throw the whole team into one big training session at the very beginning.

Plan the deployment of your team

A good team start does not come by chance. We arrange the training so that people know what to do from day one and have something to come back to later.
