System integrations and extensions

Your systems are finally starting to exchange data without manual rewriting

If today's team is rewriting data between ERP, shop, logistics and other tools, that is the problem we are sorting out. We link the systems so that the information continues to pass on its own and the company is not dependent on spreadsheets and manual workarounds.

System integrations and extensions

ERP cannot be a separate island. It must work together with the rest of the company

We show how to connect Standard ERP with sales, logistics, the customer portal and other tools the company is already using. It's not about the technology itself, it's about getting the data to stop going around and back to people in Excel.

ERP CORE

ERP standard as an operational core

Data - Documents - Operations - Finance

REST API

Secure data exchange between systems

Data can pass between ERP and other applications without manual copying. In practice, this means fewer mistakes, faster information flows and less dependence on one person knowing all the manual workarounds.

Extensions

System extensions tailored to the process

If the standard working arrangement does not suit your business, we add the necessary functions without building further workarounds outside the system.

Portals

Operational portal linked to ERP

Where the usual ERP screen is too heavy, we build a simpler view for either customers or the team. This allows people to use the same data without wading through technical screens.

Integration Layer

Integration and flow automation layer

We tie the whole thing together so that data moves between systems predictably and the team does not have to bail out with manual adjustments after each change.

A system tailored to the company's real work New connections implemented without overturning the whole Less manual re-writing between systems
System integrations

ERP standard as a source of data for the rest of the company

Thanks to the integration, ERP is not a closed programme where you have to go in for every piece of information. Data can flow on to the portal, shop, reports and other processes without manual transfer.

ERP that does not block the flow of information

This solution allows data to be read and written between ERP and other applications. In practice, this means less manual copying, less data turnout and faster operation for the whole company.

Reading and writing data

Two-way communication with external applications without manual transfer of information.

Integration with portals and services

Consistent data exchange beyond the standard ERP interface, feeding into portals and processes.

HAL system extensions

Modular ERP: extensions instead of workarounds

The ERP standard is built in a modular way, which allows it to be developed according to the growing requirements of the company. With system extensions, you can build your own modules, process rules and integrations that are part of the whole system, instead of running in additional binders or emails.

A modular system that grows with the needs of the company

Standard modules

Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Warehouse, Logistics, CRM, Finance - ready to go within the system.

HAL system extensions

Custom modules, process rules, integrations and automated functions tailored to the customer's process - operating inside the system, not outside it.

Sales Ledger

STD

Standard module for handling sales documents and financial circuits.

Purchase Ledger

STD

Recording and circulation of purchase documents and billing controls.

Warehouse / Logistics

STD

Warehouse processes, stock and operational logistics.

Customer module

HAL

A module tailored to the customer's specific sales and service processes.

Process rules

HAL

Automatic rules and logic around standard system modules.

Special reports

HAL

Dedicated business reports based on data from across the system.

Modular system - you run each module when you need it
Fewer manual workarounds - functions in the system, not in workbooks
Building your own modules - HAL system extensions
Integrations with governmental and tax systems

Integration with KSeF, JPK, CSO, VIES and other external systems

The ERP should handle the mandatory reporting requirements itself, rather than passing them on to the user as manual operations. With integrations with KSeF, JPK, CSO and VIES, data from the system is automatically mapped, validated and transferred to the relevant systems, reducing the risk of errors and increasing the predictability of the reporting process.

ERP that is self-compliant with JPK, KSeF, VIES and GUS

  • KSeF: automatic generation and transfer of structured invoices to KSeF 2.0
  • JPK: integration into current JPK file structures (VAT, V7 and others), support for corrections and versioning
  • CSO: collection of contractor data by TIN, automatic completion of names and addresses
  • VIES: Verification of VAT numbers of EU transactions and automatic assignment of rates in intra-EU trade
KSeF

KSeF / e-invoices

Generation and transfer of structured invoices from ERP to KSeF 2.0. Support of KSeF 2.0 integration, testing and production environment.

JPK

JPK / tax reports

Generation of JPK files in accordance with the current schemes of the Ministry of Finance. Validation, control of data consistency and handling of corrections and versioning.

CSO

CSO / contractor data

Integration with the CSO database: after entering the TIN, the system automatically fills in the name, address and status of the counterparty.

VIES

VIES / EU VAT

Verification of VAT numbers in the VIES system when registering EU contractors. Automatic assignment of 0% VAT rates for intra-EU transactions after correct verification.

Fewer manual workarounds - data from ERP goes directly to KSeF, JPK, CSO, VIES
Compatibility with current schemes - integrations updated when regulations change
Precise contractor data - automatic downloading of data from CSO and VIES
Increased process control - documentation, versioning, audit reporting
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

We answer the questions that most often arise before connecting Standard ERP with other systems and official services. If you do not see your case here, we will tailor a solution to the way your company works.

Do the integrations work with the current version of Standard ERP?
Yes, integrations are compatible with the current versions of Standard ERP. We verify versions and configurations at every stage of the project to ensure business continuity after updates.
Do integrations require changes to the Standard ERP database?
Mostly no. We usually use the system's off-the-shelf mechanisms, APIs and extensions so that we don't strip the database more than necessary.
What does the integration between the ERP system and external portals look like?
Most often, we connect the portal to the ERP via an API and a secure data exchange layer. This allows the portal to retrieve and save information without spoiling the standard workflow in the system.
What systems can be combined with this system?
We can link financial systems, warehousing, CRM, customer portals, logistics, KSeF, JPK, CSO, VIES and reporting. The key is that everything works around a single data core in the ERP.
Which integrations with KSeF are supported?
Yes. We handle the preparation of invoices for KSeF, the sending, the receiving of responses and the catching of errors both on test and after the production run.
Does the integration with JPK include current schemes?
Yes. We keep an eye on the current schemes and update the solution when the requirements on the side of the Ministry of Finance change.
Is integration with the CSO automatic?
Yes, the CSO integration allows the automatic retrieval of contractor data by TIN, which completes the contractor's name and address in ERP.
Does integration with VIES work when registering contractors?
Yes. When adding or editing a contractor, it is possible to check the EU VAT number straight away so that the team does not do this manually and make mistakes when billing.
What does the integration of BPMN into an ERP system look like?
We link the BPMN process to the ERP so that the work steps correspond to what is really happening in the company. This way, you can see the history of the activities and it is easy to improve the process after the start.
What are the rules for accessing the API and processing data?
We only give access to the API to authorised users and secure it via HTTPS. We design integrations so that they do not overload the core system.
Are integrations monitored and logged?
Yes. We log critical incidents and monitor the performance of the integration to quickly see where the problem occurred and what needs to be improved.
